Cindy Ertman

For 19 years Cindy Ertman has maintained a passion for the mortgage industry.  She has been ranked by Mortgage Originator magazine in the Top 100 Loan Originators by volume for the last 7 years.   Holding the title of Executive Vice President for Platinum Capital Group in Manhattan Beach, California, she also manages the company’s sales force and serves on its leadership team. 

Cindy believes in teamwork and holds her team to a high ethical and performance standard.  Developing Realtor relationships has been at the core of her success and she committed 13 years of her career as the “in house” lender for the largest privately held real estate company in Los Angeles County.

“Diversification” is her new motto and she enjoys the challenge of redefining her business model each year to keep pace with the changing marketplace.   Cindy is committed to continuing education and training and truly loves the teaching aspect of her role at Platinum.  She devotes time to supporting and educating other loan officers and takes great pride in helping other mortgage professionals expand and grow their businesses.

Cindy graduated from University of the Pacific in Northern California, but is a native of Southern California.  She loves the ocean and her Manhattan Beach community, the town she calls home. When she is not structuring a loan or leading her team, Cindy cherishes her time with her husband and children.  Her two sons, Britton and Sage, are avid football players, but her daughter Austin prefers the soccer field.
